These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bound, a biomechanical intelligence platform operated by Bound Pte. Ltd. ("Bound", "we", "us"), registered in Singapore.
The Service includes the Bound smart insole hardware, the Bound coach dashboard, the intelligence layer ("Romulus"), and the associated software and data-processing services.
Bound is currently pre-launch. Academies and programmes can join a waitlist by submitting contact details so we can reach out about the 2027 pilot season.
Joining the waitlist is free, places no obligation on either party, and does not guarantee a place in any pilot. We use the details you provide only to contact you about Bound — see our Privacy Policy.
The Service is designed for football academies, clubs, schools, and sports organisations ("Academy"). The Academy is the primary account holder.
The Service processes movement data from players, including players under 18. The Academy must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before any data is collected from a minor player.
No data from a minor player may be collected without valid parental consent.
Bound turns foot-level pressure and motion captured during normal training into biomechanical intelligence — load, readiness, injury-risk indicators, movement traits, and development trends — surfaced to coaching staff after each session.
Bound does not suggest player positions or roles, and does not provide medical advice. Outputs are for athletic development only and must be interpreted by qualified coaching staff. Bound is not a medical device.
The Service operates in two strictly separated data modes: SIM (simulated data, for testing and demonstration) and REAL (data from physical insoles). These modes are never mixed, and the active mode is always visible in the interface.
The Academy retains ownership of all player data collected through the Service. We process that data on the Academy's behalf solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access another Academy's data, reverse-engineer the software or hardware, or use Bound's outputs to discriminate against players.
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of any analysis, indicator, or recommendation. Bound is not liable for athletic outcomes, injuries, or decisions made on the basis of Service outputs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Where applicable, statutory consumer-protection rights of EU/UK users are preserved.
